We can have a technician at your location in as little as 1 hour, or up to 1 day, the speed of service is entirely up to you.

When you bring hardware to us for service, we provide you with a website address to track the progress of your service issue. This allows us to offer instant, up-to-date information including percentage completed, estimated completion date, and notes from the technicians. The site can also be used to alert you to unforseen issues or needs regarding your hardware. In addition, you will be given a log in for the site that will provide you with access to your service history. All service tickets are stored here, and access to archived information is just a click away.
